METROLOGY

Calibration Laboratory:

We perform calibration services for measurement instruments and generation of pressure, temperature, dimensional, torque and electrical magnitudes

Testing Laboratory:

We carry out tests on pressure relief valves, hydrostatic and pneumatic tests on ball, butterfly, gate, globe, retention and process piping valves, non-destructive tests Visual inspection (VT), Penetrating Liquids (PT), Magnetic Particles (MT).

Complying with the General Requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (NMX-EC-17025-IMNC-2018): with qualified personnel and in constant training through CENAM, MeTas, Mexican Accreditation Entity, etc.

Measurement standards:

Our standard equipment obtains its traceability to national standards maintained by CENAM through secondary laboratories accredited by EMA.

INSTRUMENTATION WORKSHOP

Enabled with work stations, traveling crane and administrative offices, lathes, Sand blast and welding areas.

INSTRUMENTATION EXPERIENCE

Measuring instrumentation:

In the process variables of Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level, with experience in measurement principles of: differential pressure transmitters, gauge pressure transmitters, vacuum pressure transmitters, pressure switches, magnetic flow transmitters, transmitters radar and float, temperature transmitters with RTD, TC, bimetal measuring elements.

Control instrumentation:

Wide experience in CONTROL VALVES in different brands, MODULATING and ON-OFF, with PNEUMATIC, HYDRAULIC and ELECTRICAL.

Temperature control modules, pneumatic controllers for pressure, flow, level, PLC, communication protocols HART, FIELDBUS.

Overpressure protection:

Experience in safety type pressure relief valves, relief, vacuum, balanced, spring actuated, pilot and weighted or weighted.

AVAILABLE TEST BENCHES

Control Valve Test Benches:

Universal pneumatic test bench for control valve sizes 1” and up to 10”, meets the allowable leakage test requirements according to the ANSI/FCI Standard 70 2.

We have the capacity to carry out maintenance and tests on control valves of ¾” onwards.

PSV'S Test Bench:

Hydraulic/Pneumatic for relief valves. Sizes 1” and up to 8”, designed for testing with air or nitrogen and water up to 3000 psi, for pressure relief valve pressure. It meets the test requirements according to the NOM-093-SCFI-2020 Standard.

We have the capacity to carry out maintenance and tests on safety valves ¾” in diameter and up.

Hydrostatic test bench for valves:

Hydraulic for valves from 2 to 20” in diameter, designed for testing with water up to 10,000 psi, for gate, globe, check, male, ball, butterfly valves, RF, RTJ and BW connections. Meets the test requirements according to the API-598, API-6A, API-6D, ANSI standard.

We have the capacity to perform hydrostatic tests of 1” and up to 36” in diameter, with water up to 10,000 psi.
